Silicon & Software Systems outgrew their previous office within five years of its completion.

This project involved the renovation, refurbishment and extension of an existing 6-storey building to provide a building ranging from one to nine storeys in height providing 46 private apartments (21 one-bedroom, 20 two- bedroom and 5 three-bedroom) on the upper floors with external amenity area at first floor level and a retail shop unit (986m²) at ground floor level including an internal service area, electricity substation and cashpoint machines (ATMs) on the Milner Road elevation.

A 2 storey 7,570m² school building accommodating 44 classrooms, 4 general purpose rooms, catering kitchen, dining hall & associated accommodation on a live school campus.

This development comprised the construction of a new 32-bed Community Hospital.

St. Joseph’s Care Home which provides residential accommodation for the Little Sisters of the Poor is one of the most energy efficient new buildings in Waterford City.
