PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Functionality and efficiency are the keys to S3’s success. With this in mind, the Client engaged broadly the same design team and contractors to utilise the good working relationships that had been developed with the first building. This 5,5000m² office building was designed to accommodate 380 people brought together from a number of disparate locations. The building is naturally ventilated and is arranged around a stepped atrium on four floors. The entrance is at the upper ground floor level with direct access from covered car parking at the lowest level directly adjacent to the restaurant, creche and games room.
