PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The first phase of this development comprises of 700 apartments in 26 No. Blocks on an elevated site. The blocks are arranged around three landscaped courtyards that cascade down a slope towards the park and the view of Killiney Hill in the distance. Routes from the courtyards traverse the main boulevard and provide a link to the commercial and retail heart of the area. The development includes a private on-site leisure complex, with a fully equipped gym and swimming pool as well as a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

PROJECT COMPLEXITIES

Value management was a key criterion on this project. With 26 blocks of varying height and floor plates, it was important to develop repeatable construction details. We engaged early in the design process to agree on the structural solution, the choice of material and sequencing of the works, all of which helped to optimise buildability and the overall completion of the project.
