Maynooth is a vibrant town with a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and retail outlets. Commuting could not be easier with the M4 motorway and frequent services via bus and train. The development has been carefully designed to maximise storage space internally with the added convertibility of attic spaces in some units. Externally, sustainable urban drainage systems and rainwater harvesting have been incorporated.
Malone O’Regan took over this project post grant of planning permission, the site having been bought from a Receiver by our Client. Rather than complicate responsibilities, we took full control of design and compliance certification. We not only validated the design, but value engineered it and adapted to ensure compliance with the various statutory approvals.
