PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in South County Business Park, Dublin, the Phase 1 building is a three-storey building with a total floor area of 2,400m². As the building is highly serviced every effort was made to reduce the depth of the structural zone at the intermediate floor levels to work within the overall building height permitted by the Planning Authority. This was achieved using in-situ flat concrete slab construction. The external walls feature stack bonded brickwork and extensive glazing panels. Rock was present at high levels throughout the site with drainage designs optimised to limit the quantum of excavation in rock.
