The Primary Care Centre Facility will provide for Health Service Executive health and social care services, a General Practice, associated consultation rooms, administration offices, staff accommodation, reception rooms and ancillary uses. The development also includes a pharmacy unit and a Community Rescue Centre.

Extension to A&E at University Hospital Waterford for HSE South
Faced with significant challenges at the entrance to the A&E Department at the Hospital due to Covid-19 and the need to screen arrivals, Malone O’Regan worked with the HSE and RKD Architects to develop an arrangement which would facilitate socially distanced queueing.
